Jane was born in Birmingham and gained a degree in English and History from De Montfort University, Leicester. She completed the Advanced Diploma Course in Stage Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 1994. Since then, she has worked with various companies including Hijinx, Theatr Iolo, Spectacle, Gwent Theatre, Clwyd Theatr Cymru, Theatre Centre, The Sherman Theatre and Sgript Cymru. Jane was Technical Manager for Diversions Dance Company before joining Hijinx as full time Company Stage Manager.
Jane is a highly skilled lighting designer, embracing the challenges of small scale touring. Jane was recently shortlisted at the final for a national Stage Management Association (SMA) Award.
